Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless otherwise stated below. Our plans (Pro ₹1,699/$20/month, Build ₹8,499/$100/month, Scale ₹16,999/$200/month) are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund of the most recent charge within 7 days of payment if:
- You have not consumed any AI credits since the charge
- A verified technical issue prevented you from accessing the service
- You were charged twice due to a system error (duplicate charge)
To request a refund, email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" and include your order ID and reason.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided when:
- AI credits have been consumed or used
- Mid-cycle cancellations where service was accessible during the billing period
- Free trial abuse or violations of our Terms of Service
4. Credit Top-ups
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been allocated to your account. Credits are consumable AI tokens and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
5. Donations
Voluntary contributions made through the /contribute page — by Razorpay, Stripe, on-chain Bitcoin, or Lightning — are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Donations are not purchases of goods or services, are not tax-deductible at present, and confer no right, entitlement, warranty, or equity interest in Dirgha LLC or its products. By submitting a donation you confirm that you send the funds voluntarily and expect nothing in return. This applies whether the payment is in INR, USD, BTC, sats, or any other supported denomination.
6. How to Cancel
- Log in to your Dirgha AI account
- Click your account avatar (top right)
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Plan"
- Confirm when prompted
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID or invoice number, the email on your account, and your reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact [email protected] before filing a chargeback with your bank. We prefer to resolve billing disputes directly. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.
