Rama I — India's first open-source computer.
A concept for a fully assembled-in-India computer using the C-DAC VEGA RISC-V processor, Indian supply chain, and 100% open-source designs. Currently in early research and architecture phase.
The goal: track DVA% (Domestic Value Addition) publicly as the project progresses. Starting point ~23%. Target: 75% by end of 2026.
If Dirgha can coordinate the first sovereign computer built entirely in the open, it proves the platform can coordinate anything in the physical economy.
