Terms of Service
1. Effective Date
These Terms are effective April 11, 2026.
2. Service
Dirgha OS is a platform for research, writing, and commerce.
3. Accounts
You must be 13 or older. One account per person. You are responsible for account security.
4. Subscription
Plans: Pro ($20), Build ($100), Scale ($200) per month. Cancel anytime. Credits are non-refundable.
5. Donations
Contributions made at /contribute — via Razorpay, Stripe, Bitcoin, or Lightning — are voluntary donations to Dirgha LLC and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Donations are not purchases, not tax-deductible at present, and confer no right, service, warranty, or ownership interest in Dirgha LLC or its products.
6. Content
You own your content. We claim no rights. You grant us a license to host and process it.
7. AI
AI outputs are yours but not guaranteed accurate. Review before publishing.
8. Prohibited
No illegal use, harassment, reverse engineering, or scraping.
9. Termination
We may suspend for violations. You may delete your account anytime.
10. Liability
Provided as-is without warranty. Liability limited to subscription fees paid.
11. Entity
The Service is operated by Dirgha LLC, a United States limited liability company.
